This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms had lovely views from the bedroom. The breakfast was also delicious!
Although there were a few minor issues, overall everything was fine.

We loved all the details in this hotel, from the modern and clean room to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Gran Via and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel facilities are very new and easy to access, and we especially enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool. The staff, particularly Lucas, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, including providing a wake-up call for our early flight after just a one-hour nap. this hotel offers a great experience with its cleanliness, proximity to everything, and the excellent service provided by the staff.
